We’ll always do our best to help, but because orders are processed very quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we’ll reach out to our logistics team to see if the order can be stopped before it ships. If we’re able to cancel it in time, we’ll issue a full refund.
However, many orders are processed and shipped the same business day, and in those cases we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order once it has entered the shipping process.
If your order has already shipped, we’ll be happy to help you with a return by providing return instructions and a return shipping label in accordance with our return policy.
