Does it come with a charger?

All our products are shipped with complete accessories. However, our vibration plates come with power cords.

I lost the power chord/remote control, can I buy a new one?

Yes, you may purchase a new power cord on our website.

What is the mat made of?

Our Vibration Plate Mats are made from non-slip rubber. 

Are the remotes that you sell on your website universal?

The remotes we sell are specific for the machine only. 

Are your units safe for frequent airplane travel?

Yes, it is definitely safe. We suggest that it is checked-in.

You may use your Lifepro Vibration Plate for not more than 30 minutes per day. 

Can you use this on carpet?

 You can use Vibration Plates with or without a carpet. 

Does it work with batteries?

All of our machines are working by power cord electricity. 

Can you go barefoot or with shoes?

You can use your Lifepro with or without shoes on as long as you are comfortable with it.

Is it safe to use it everyday?
