How far should the red light therapy device be from my body?Updated a month ago

The optimal distance depends on the device and the area being treated, but most of our red light therapy devices are designed to be used between 6 to 24 inches from the skin. Closer distances (around 6 inches) generally provide higher intensity and are better for targeted, localized treatment, while greater distances (18–24 inches) work well for larger areas and full-body sessions. Always refer to your specific device's user manual for recommended treatment distances, as over-exposure at very close range can reduce effectiveness.
