Is there a volume option for the Bluetooth? 

Currently, our RelaxaVibe's Bluetooth feature does not have a volume option. 

What type of heat does the RelaxaVibe emit? Infared? 

The Heated feature of the RelaxaVibe is coming from the Heating Pad included to be able to achieve a heated ottoman experience. 

Can the vibration function work while the heat function is on? 

Yes it can both work at the same time.
