To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in good condition and include all original parts and accessories.

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Lifepro will cover return shipping
Opened or used items
Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Items must be repackaged with all original cords, accessories, and documentation
How do I start a return?
To begin your return:

Enter your order number and email address
Select the item(s) you’d like to return and submit your request
Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your return instructions and shipping guidelines
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
If your product arrived damaged or isn’t working properly, we’re here to help.
Please submit a replacement request using the link provided in our support flow, and our team will assist you with next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, based on available variants.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll ship your replacement item.
