What is the difference of both curved and flat?

The curved platform really does a huge difference than that of the flat surfaced platform because the curved makes the platforms feel more unstable and will give you a more high intensity workout than the flat which is really good for those who struggle with balance. 

 What is the amplitude, and acceleration of the 4D plate?

The amplitude of or Rumblex 4D for Oscillation ranges from 1-12mm; Pulsation - 1.5mm; and Linear - 8mm. 

Is 10 mins the longest it goes for?

In Manual mode, yes the Maximum time you can do per session is 10 minutes.

Our Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate includes Exercise Mat, Remote Control, 4 Mini Bands, and 2 Resistance Bands. 

Can you workout on the Rumblex right after a meal?

You may use the Rumblex machine after meal as long as it is on a low setting.
