Do you ship outside US?

At the moment, we're only shipping to customers residing in the contiguous United States and Canada.

Do you ship to PO Box?

We are unable to ship our products to PO boxes at the moment. This limitation is due to the size of our products, which require a physical address for delivery.

When will you ship my order?

• To ensure timely processing, please note that orders placed after 12:00pm EST on weekdays will be shipped on the following business day.
• Orders placed during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will also be processed on the next business day.
• This policy applies to all eligible products in stock at the time of purchase.*

When will I receive my order?

Unless you have selected expedited shipping, your order is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent the shipping confirmation, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
